Dr. Monjur is a noted scholar specializing in Islam and associated issues. He is a public speaker on social and electronic media and advocates for spirituality, compassion, social justice, and empathy. He is widely regarded for his role in promoting ethical parenting. He is an adjunct professor of Islamic studies at the Manarat International University.
He leads several social initiatives, including the Center for Alternative Development Trust (CATD). He is associated with various national and international forums and organizations that uphold peace and harmony, including Leadership Universal College, Brisbane, Australia, the Asian Philosophical Association, Turkey, and the Bangladesh Institute of Islamic Thought.
Previously, Dr. Monjur taught at different universities for more than two decades. He studied undergraduate at the Islamic University and received PhD from the same university. He authored several books on parenting and Islamic topics. He published 10 books, many articles, and op-ed pieces.
